Both of his parents were legendary American actors. His siblings were Patricia Arquette, Alexis Arquette, Rosanna Arquette, and Richmond Arquette.

David Arquette got married to Courteney Cox in the year 1999, but later due to some circumstances, they both got separated in the year 2013. Then he got married to Christina McLarty in the year 2015. He was blessed with three children named Coco Arquette, Charlie West Arquette, and Augustus Alexis Arquette.
